Accommodation :

The local organizing committee of the 9th IAEA TM on Energetic Particles in Magnetic Confinement Systems reserves 50 rooms including 5 double rooms in the hotel, Hida Takayama Washington Hotel Plaza, at Takayama.  The committee recommends participants to accommodate there.  This hotel is located just in front of JR Takayama train station and within walking distance from all major tourist attractions in Takayama.  Participants can book your room in the hotel by filling and submitting the REGISTRATION FORM.  A shuttle bus bound for the conference hall (Hida Earth Wisdom Center) is arranged and departs from the Washington Hotel Plaza every morning.
