Program

Time schedule of this meeting.

Instructions for presentations

(1) Invited and Oral Presentations

We would like to request you to give your talk by using PC projector, of

which PC is in operation with Windows XP English version. The Office XP of

English version and Adobe Acrobat reader are installed in the PC. The Power

Point (PPT) or PDF file is recommended for smooth presentations.

Moreover, we would like to ask you to have both PPT and PDF, since PPT

sometimes have a minor problem.

(2) Poster Presentations

Each contributor of poster presentation can use two panels, that is, 120cm H

and 90cmx2=180 W. For instance, you can put about 18 sheets of A4 sized paper.

Poster panels are available throughout the meeting. You can put your poster

from the first day of the meeting, and leave till the end of meeting for fruitful discussions,

although the poster session is on the second day, i.e., 10 Nov.
