Call for post deadline papers
As a special occasion, the International Advisory Committee encourages you to present latest results relevant to the meeting topics. Applicants should take the following action:
(1) express the intension for submission of a post deadline abstract by submitting Form A.
They should submit Form A through the governmental channel by 21 Oct., 2005.
(2) submit post deadline abstract and Form B to IAEA-EP2005@nifs.ac.jp and Mr. Artur Malaquias (A.Malaquias@iaea.org), by 25 Oct., 2005.
One "oral " and several posters are expected to be included in this meeting.
For the oral presentaion, 20 minutes are alloted including 5 min discussions.
The size of poster board is 1.2m height and 0.9m width.
The acceptance of the abstract will be notified by 30 Oct., 2005.
You are requested to submit a paper up to 7 pages (for "oral") or 5 pages(for "poster") to be published on an IAEA CD-ROM as meeting proceedings. The paper is not reviewed.
At the first day of the meeting (9 Nov., 2005), electronic version of the paper will be collected at the registration desk. Please check the instructions for the manuscript.
